Instructions
- 1. Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
- 2. Spread whipped feta over each slice.
- 3. Layer sardines gently over the cheese.
- 4. Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil.
- 5. Add lemon zest and chopped parsley.
- 6. Top with red onion and chili flakes if using.
- 7. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
